Moving on to our balance sheet, we’ve got a very strong balance sheet, plenty of cash and no debt. The business is cash flow positive. The negative cash from operations number you see up there for the second quarter is just indicative of the cycle of our working capital. We are at the peak of that right now,chrisitan louboutin heels, and Q2-Q3 is when our working capital is at its highest. We do anticipate that will, again, become positive by the end of the year.
On a CapEx standpoint, one thing I would like to note — for 2008, we did make a pretty substantial investment in technology in our distribution center in Camarillo. We made a $12 million investment in that facility to improve the throughput of it, and we’ll also continue to make some capital expenditures in retail stores and our international expansion as we move forward.
So what does that all mean from an investment standpoint? We have been operating three powerful noncompeting brands. We’ve added a fourth brand in TSUBO that we also have high expectations for, and our goal is to take those four brands and grow them into a $1 billion business by the year 2012 — $750 million from UGG, $140 million from christian shoe, $75 million from Simple and $35 million from TSUBO.
There still is meaningful growth for us in the US on the UGG front that’s primarily going to come from extending the styles as well as possibly expanding the gender base on that into men’s. It’s not going to come from new doors. For Simple, it’s probably going to come from more new doors on the domestic side. And for TSUBO that’s a brand-new brand for us, so that’s — everything is open for us there; and on ysl boots,office shoes, as Zohar took you through our turnaround process there.

Moving to Teva, our target for Teva is to be the brand of choice for today’s outdoor athletes. ysl, which was the Heritage brand of the Company — that’s really what helped put Deckers on the map. It peaked in 2004. Sales trailed down some in the next coming years. Basically, we have taken our eyes off the ball, lack of product innovation and so forth, allowing for our competitors to come and take market share.
So we have repositioned the brand,office shoes, and I’ll show you in a second what we’re doing to turn the brand around. We have started to turn around in 2007. We have grown from 2006 to 2007, from $81 million to $88 million. This year, in light of the difficult retail environment,christian shoes, we’re expecting now growth to be flat or slightly up. Initial target for the year was to be about 15%, but due to the retail environment we have brought our guidance for Teva to be flat or slightly up.
